For an easy access to the Château de Damigny, please follow these instructions :
- From Caen : RN 13 direction Cherbourg – Exit 36, left direction Nonant ( don’t take right direction Bayeux – Cross the motorway – At the second roundabout, direction Damigny, then rue de la Cartoucherie – 100 meters on your left, chemin du Bois Gentil
- From Cherbourg : RN 13 – Exit 36, first right direction Damigny, then rue de la Cartoucherie – 100 meters on your left, chemin du Bois Gentil
- From Bayeux center : take the peripherique of bayeux arround the city and turn at the roundabout Eisenhover (You have a statue of Eisenhower with a french and an american flag) .Take direction Caen . It ‘s a double road during about 2km (Don’t exit at Saint martin des Entrees ) You will arrived at a big roundabout take direction Caen and Nonant .Cross the motoway Rn 13 direction Nonant then direction Damigny on the right , rue de la Cartoucherie – 100 meters on your left, chemin du Bois Gentil
If you use a GPS ,put “Voie de Damigny “ or “Lieu dit Damigny or voie communale de Damigny “ 14400 Saint Martin des Entrees .
The chemin du bois gentil often don’t exist on the GPS.
Don’t put only the name of “Saint Martin des entrées” on your GPS because you will arrive at the center of the village (2km from the chateau )
